Install Floorp on Linux ARM Device

Floorp

Based on Firefox, includes extra privacy features and customization.
This approaches Vivaldi-level customization, but it's a fork of Firefox instead of Chromium. It has dynamic New Tab backgrounds like Brave does, with a right sidebar like Microsoft Edge. Includes support for multiple workspaces and includes anti-tracking by default.
This version from Pi-Apps will add some extensions: uBlock Origin, h264ify, and UANaughtyList - the same extensions included with the PiOS Bullseye Firefox build.

To run: Menu -> Internet -> Floorp
To run in a terminal: floorp

Fortunately, Floorp is very easy to install on your Linux ARM Device in just two steps.

  1. Install Pi-Apps - the best app installer for Linux ARM Device.
  2. Use Pi-Apps to install Floorp.

Compatibility

For the best chance of this working, we recommend using the latest LTS of Ubuntu or Debian from your hardware manufacturer.
Floorp will only run on an Ubuntu/Debian ARM64 OS. Pi-Apps will not let you install Floorp on an Ubuntu/Debian ARM32 OS.
