Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python)

This is a terminal version of pi apps but with more features.

pi-apps [argument]

Available Arguments:
"list-all" Prints the list of available apps that are installable
"list-installed" Prints all installed apps
"list-uninstalled" Prints all uninstalled apps
"install [appname]" Install any app available in pi-apps
"uninstall [appname]" Uninstall any app available in pi-apps
"search [appname]" Search for a app in pi apps
"website [appname]" Prints website for app
"update" Update pi-apps
"gui" Launches gui for pi-apps

Fortunately, Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python) is very easy to install on your Raspberry Pi in just two steps.

For the best chance of this working, we recommend using the latest version of Raspberry Pi OS, which is currently version Bullseye.
Raspberry Pi OS has 32-bit and 64-bit variants, both of which will run on most Raspberry Pi computers, including the Pi 3 and the Pi 4.
Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python) will only run on PiOS 32-bit. Pi-Apps will not let you install Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python) on PiOS 64-bit.

Install Pi-Apps

Open a terminal and run this command to install Pi-Apps:

wget -qO- | bash

Install Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python)

Now that you have Pi-Apps installed, it is time to install Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python).
First launch Pi-Apps from your start menu:

Then click on the Tools category.

Now scroll down to find Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python) in the list.

Just click Install and Pi-Apps will install Pi-Apps Terminal Plugin (python) for you!
